1. Is an adaptor provided in the room?
Yes an adaptor is provided in all rooms upon request

2. What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 6.30am till 10.30am and from 6.30am till 11:00am on Fridays only

3. Where can one find international newspapers and magazines?
In all the cafes and Executive Lounge

4. Does the hotel arrange airport transfers?
Certainly! Book our airport taxi service and a chauffeur will await you at Khartoum International Airport

5. How far are we from centre of Khartoum?
Usually it takes 5 minutes by car to get to the centre

6. Is Public Transport close by?
Yes. There is a bus-stop just outside the hotel grounds

7. Are credit cards used in Sudan?
Credit cards are not used in Sudan, so all payments should be on a cash basis

8. Can I reserve an airport pickup?
We offer an airport pickup service by hotel shuttle bus or limousine service

9. Are parking facilities available in Burj Al-Fateh Hotel?
Yes parking is available for guests

10. Are there rooms available for people with special needs?
Yes, we have rooms designed for people with special needs

11. Do the rooms have internet access?
Internet facilities are available upon request at a fee

Yes a computer us available in the Executive Club on the 6th floor

13. Do you have wireless internet anywhere the hotel?
The Nile River Café in the lobby is fully covered with free wireless internet
